Delivery arrangements
1. The goods will be shipped within 3 working days after payment for your order (subject to inventory);
2. The order cut-off time is 13:00 Hong Kong time every day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be regarded as orders for the next day.
3. Delivery services may be affected by seasonal factors or holidays (such as the New Year's Eve, Christmas, Lunar New Year or Easter), or may require a longer delivery time. Please pay attention to the notice at that time for details.
4. No delivery is available on Sundays and public holidays.
5. If the customer requires a courier to deliver the package within the specified time, please contact the courier company directly.
Exchange or Refund Policy
Accept product returns, exchanges or refunds:
Submit within 7 days after receipt of goods;
The goods are defective, damaged or have quality problems;
The product delivered is different from the product ordered;
The product delivered clearly did not match the description on the website.
The goods are unused and in the condition in which they were sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes
The ordered item is out of stock.
Returns and exchanges of goods are not accepted (including but not limited to the following situations):
